Standing up for Ukraine's Future Generations

As the war against Ukraine has progressed, the United Nations estimates that over 4 million of Ukraine’s children are in urgent need of humanitarian assistance, in addition to millions being displaced and thousands kidnapped by Russia.

In the eve of the International Day for the Protection of Children in Ukraine on 1 June, Brooks Newmark sponsored publishing of children’s learning books. To express his support for Ukraine’s future generations and their educators, Brooks Newmark visited three kindergartens in Zaporizhzhia near the war frontline. In a special ceremony at every kindergarten, Brooks met over 300 children, their educators and parents as they had their first gathering since the beginning of the full-scale invasion.
