Black Sea Security Forum

As the Russian forces intensify its aggression against Ukraine, global leaders, academics and journalists gathered at the Black Sea Security Forum in Odesa to discuss the security and future stabilisation in the region. Having always been a geopolitical hot spot, the Black sea continues to be a major security challenge and opportunity for the peace of both Europe and the whole world.

´Brooks Newmark participated as a keynote speaker to share his perspective on the need to be decisive, uncompromising and resolute in support of Ukraine. With his academic and political background, as well as unique and firsthand experience in Ukraine, he once again underlined the magnitude of Putin’s ambitions that could threaten not just Europe’s future, but the global global order and stability.
